As the summer is approaching, many spring sports are coming to an end. Teams for soccer, football, and baseball are finishing up their season. Every player comes in with a set of skills for the team; other players are not necessarily "better". Other players just bring other skills to the team. Coaches should recognize those who have gained the most skills or improved the most in their skills during that season.
